Terms and Conditions

The products available on this site are intended for strictly personal use.
In the event of an order for products intended for resale, SANALYSLAB reserves the right to refuse the order.
A "distributors" section will soon be available on this site.

Orders are prepared by our teams in collaboration with our fulfillment center based in the Netherlands.
Each product is shipped with a transparent plastic seal around the cap. This is a security feature that guarantees that the bottle has not been tampered with.
We reserve the right to offer you SANALYSLAB goodies.

If the seal is not present on the bottle, you should not accept the package.
Your order will then be returned and we will file a claim for compensation with the carrier.
You will then be refunded after we receive the package.

The selection and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the customer.

The colors and graphics of the bottles may change.
These changes do not affect the formulation, but may be made for branding or inventory management reasons (for example, if a particular type of bottle is out of stock).

2. Controls

2.1. How do I place an order with SANALYSLAB?

Orders can be placed via the Internet on the Website.

To place an order, the customer must:

– Create a customer account by entering the requested information
– Fill your shopping cart by selecting the desired Products
– Accept these general terms and conditions of sale and confirm your order after verification
– Make payment according to the terms and conditions provided

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the prices and descriptions of the Products.

Contractual information is presented in French and confirmed at the latest when the order is validated.

Upon validation, the customer is deemed to have accepted, in full knowledge of the facts and without reservation, these GTC, the prices, volumes, and quantities of the Products ordered.

2.2. When is the order final?

The sale will only be considered final after an order confirmation email has been sent to the customer and after full payment has been received.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to report any errors immediately.

Any order placed on the Website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the customer and SANALYSLAB.

2.3. What happens if a product is unavailable or out of stock?

In principle, the Website prevents orders for unavailable products.

If an item is unavailable after ordering, the customer will be notified by email or on the invoice.

SANALYSLAB cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a Product.

The customer can choose:

– a refund for the unavailable Product
– or the issuance of a credit note for the corresponding amount

3. Offers and prices

3.1. Price changes

SANALYSLAB reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but applies the rates in effect at the time of the order.

3.2. Price indication

Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery costs.

Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Promotional offers are valid for as long as they are displayed and while stocks last.

Orders are payable in full on the day of ordering, via secure payment.

4. Delivery

N.B. Delivery corresponds to the transfer of physical possession or control of the Product to the Customer.

4.1. How are shipping costs calculated?

For each order, a flat-rate contribution to the costs of provision is requested. This includes postage, packaging, and order processing.
This flat-rate contribution is indexed to the delivery method chosen by the Customer when placing the order.

Shipping is free for orders over $55.

The contribution to postage costs includes VAT.

In order to reduce shipping costs, all small and medium-sized Products are sent via La Poste's Colissimo Suivi service or via a third-party delivery service, which undertakes to deliver within 8 business days in France and offers the Customer the option of collecting the Products ordered from the post office closest to the delivery address in the event of absence when the postman calls.

If the Customer is absent on the day of delivery, the mail carrier will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox, allowing the package to be picked up at the post office during business hours within fifteen (15) days.

The Customer can track their order using the tracking number sent by email on the day of shipment.

For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments. In this case, the Customer only pays delivery charges once.

4.2. What are the delivery times?

SANALYSLAB undertakes to make every effort to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer as quickly as possible. For more information, we invite the Customer to consult our delivery terms and conditions.

However, if the Products ordered have not been delivered within thirty (30) days of the order date, the Customer must inform SANALYSLAB as soon as possible, by telephone or email.

SANALYSLAB will contact the carrier to open an investigation, which may take up to twenty-one (21) days.

  • If the Products are found, they will be returned to the Customer's home address.
  • If the Products are not found at the end of the investigation, they will be considered lost and SANALYSLAB may send the Customer replacement Products at no additional cost.
  • If the Products ordered are no longer available, SANALYSLAB will refund the amount of the Products considered lost.

In any event, if the Products have not been delivered within twenty (20) days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's fault, the sale may be terminated at the Customer's written request under the conditions provided for in Articles L. 216-2 to L. 216-4 of the Consumer Code.

The sums paid by the Customer will be refunded to them no later than fourteen (14) days after the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deductions.

4.3. What happens if you provide an incorrect delivery address?

The Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer must ensure that this address is correct.

Any package returned to SANALYSLAB due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the Customer's expense, and SANALYSLAB cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the order.

If the Customer wishes to have their order delivered to two different addresses, they must place two separate orders, with the corresponding delivery charges.

4.4. What to do upon receipt of the order?

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the condition of the Products delivered.

In the event of apparent defects, the Customer has the right to return the Products in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these GTC.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or damaged products, damaged package) must be:

  1. indicated on the delivery note in the form of handwritten reservations, accompanied by the Customer's signature, to the carrier;
  2. then reported to SANALYSLAB as soon as possible after receipt of the Products:
  • By mail:
    SANALYSLAB
    335 rue Ferdinand Perrier
    69800 Saint-Priest
  • by email: [email protected]
  • by phone: 01 84 80 60 29, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

SANALYSLAB reserves the right to request that the Customer return the damaged Product(s).

4.5. I received a damaged package. What should I do?

If the Customer notices that the package is damaged upon delivery against signature, they may:

  • refuse the package, which will be returned directly to SANALYSLAB; or
  • Accept the package, noting the damage to the packaging.

If the Customer finds that the package left in their mailbox is damaged, they may—provided that the package has not been opened—refuse it by returning it to the post office no later than the business day following delivery.

4.6. How are NPAI returns handled?

Returns marked "NPAI" correspond to packages returned by the delivery service with the note: "Does not live at the address indicated."

After receipt and acceptance of the returned package by SANALYSLAB, a credit note for the total amount of the order, minus shipping costs, will be credited to the customer's account within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the package by SANALYSLAB.

The Customer may then place the order again, ensuring that the delivery address is correct.

4.7. How are returns for "unclaimed" items handled?

Returns for "unclaimed" reasons correspond to packages not collected by Customers from the post office or retailer chosen at the time of ordering, within fifteen (15) days of the delivery notice.

After receipt and acceptance of the returned package by SANALYSLAB, a credit note for the total amount of the order, minus shipping costs, will be credited to the customer's account within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the package by SANALYSLAB.

The Customer may then place another order.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. What is the withdrawal period?

The Customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order, in accordance with Article L. 221-19 of the Consumer Code.

During this period, the Customer may return SANALYSLAB Products without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

In order for a refund to be issued, it is essential that the Products are returned in their original condition and packaging, complete and in perfect condition for resale. Compliance with these conditions allows the returned Products to be put back on sale.

5.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

Damaged, already opened, soiled, or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notifying SANALYSLAB of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

This period begins at the first hour of the first day and ends at the last hour of the last day.
If it expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

The Product, in its original packaging, must be sent to the following address:

SANALYSLAB
335 rue Ferdinand Perrier
69800 Saint-Priest
FRANCE

The Customer must enclose the following withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement expressing their wish to withdraw with their package:

I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the order of the following Products:
– Order date: …………
– Order number: …………
– Customer name: ……………………
– Customer address: …………………………
[Customer signature]

It is recommended that you return the package using a tracked shipping service, as SANALYSLAB cannot be held responsible for any loss by the postal services.

The sums paid by the Customer will be refunded to him/her no later than fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deductions.
